what a good NO OIL dressing from Chef AJ

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup water
4 Tbsp. tahini
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. low sodium tamari
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
8 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp. date syrup
date syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may also use salt-free mustard and/or fresh lime juice.
I used my Vitamix but any blender will do.
makes enough for several days
